She's been suffering for so long
Forced to go JC, forced to back out from poly
Then failed A levels why?
She's intelligent, brilliant, independent, creative
She's hardworking, caring, careful
So what happened?
After JC she applied for poly and got it
Pestered to get engaged
She had not even started poly or at least just 1st year
Was that the right thing to do
Was it too fast, was it impulsive
After engagement, started to spend more time with her family
Could spend the whole day with them
and they never say a thing
But whenever she spend time with my family
By evening, she would get calls asking when she coming home
Am i right to question if that's fair?
Is what i'm doing right?
Is this how i'm living my life?
The amount of the dowry, is it neccessary to be that much?
Are they asking too much?
Am i too poor?
If not, how where am i to save that much?
