Time Flies

tomorrow's a special day for my wife and i.. it's going to be exactly 5 years being together with her.. feels like yesterday when i first met her.. never have i ever expected she would be THE one whom i marry..

thinking back, it makes me a faithful believer in fate.. i got to know my wife through the internet chatroom around 6 months before our first date.. that's really something, considering me not expecting to find a potential good friend, or girlfriend, let alone a wife.. the thing is, i had stopped chatting for a couple of months, coming to a year.. i was surfing the net when by some unseen force, ended up joining a chatroom.. heh.. i was looking for anyone in particular.. just trying to get anyone who would chat with me..

alas, 6 months later, 06 august 2001, got a last minute unexpected and unplanned date with her.. both of us were totally NOT dressed for the occasion.. haha, minus points for first impression!! luckily, i was dressed quite neatly.. even though i was wearing a $5 polo-T..

from that day on, it was an everyday event for us.. till the day we got engaged and now married with our 1month old boy.. alhamdulillah.. the whole time from that memorable 06 august 2001 till now was one heck of a rollercoaster ride..

speaking of my 1month old boy, he's really getting stronger and stronger everyday, and growing fast.. what amazes me is his neck strength.. whenever i lay him face down, he always pushes his head up.. don't know if it's normal for a 1month old baby to be able to that, but it always makes me smile.. especially his facial expressions which are always very intruiging.. i have to watch out his growth.. as people always say, blink blink your eyelids, and voila! his grown much much older!
