for the past two days

for the past two days, it's been soo relaxed at work.. did only one car yesterday, and today, two cars doing simple servicing.. a vast difference from my previous job.. not that i'm complaining, but it's just that the intake of cars per day is the difference..

well, for one, i can understand that Komoco sells an average of over 5 thousand vehicles within a year.. while MIE sells at an average of just a couple of thousand.. it's quite a difference pertaining to the number in sales..

but.. when u compare the attitude, there's an obvious difference..

Komoco technicians just want to complete the job asap in order for them to get to the next job which is already given to them.. they do double check on their work.. but in their speed, the quality of the job becomes questionable..

MIE technicians don't do their jobs because they want to complete the job given as quickly as possible.. so the quality of the job seems better from my point of view..

but the bottom line is that i'm not trying to say that komoco technicians are bad or MIE technicians are damn good.. but instead, i'm trying to say that komoco technicians get so much pressure to do their job so quickly that they are forced to rush.. and in the process, they don't have enuf time to make sure their job's done as perfectly as possible..

komoco's vehicle intake for service and repair don't seem to be controlled.. true enuf if those who've made bookings are being taken as priority.. but of the 4yrs working there.. i kept observing those non-booking owners seem to pile up.. up to the point where we get fucked by those who did booking because we didn't complete the job at the dateline stated..

MIE, on the other hand, i have definitely not seen much on the way they work.. but for first impressions, they've done a good enuf job which makes me decided that i see myself working there a little longer than i planned, before joining MIE..
